  • If multiple embodiments of the same first figures are required upon design application request, it’s 30% pricing of the original design application cost ($600 x .3 = $180) per embodiment amount/request.

Utility Patent Drawings

Utility drawings content:

  • assemblies

  • diagrams

  • mechanical drawings

Example - 10 sheets x $65 = $650

Amendments / Examiner Revisions

  • $25 per figure for minor corrections

  • $65 per figure for major revisions
